Our challenge
We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and exposure to Gen AI & Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications while contributing to the exploration and integration of AI-driven technologies.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and React, ensuring high quality, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features and functionalities, leveraging Gen AI & Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements:
You are:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.
• Familiarity with Gen AI & Prompt Engineering concepts and their application in software development.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms is a plus.
